本文对鲤斯坦尼氏小体进行了显微及超微结构的观察,斯氏小体由许多腺泡组成.根据其组织学变化,可分为发育期、生长期、分泌期及萎缩期.发育期细胞位于腺泡壁或腔中,界线不清,胞核平均直径5.6μm,常见有丝分裂现象.生长期细胞位于腺泡周缘,胞质内出现电子密度高的分泌颗粒,细胞器发达,有排列成行的粗面内质网,众多的线粒体以及高尔基氏体.分泌期细胞器缺乏.萎缩期只有细胞核和少量残留细胞质.
