改革开放以来,长江三角洲地区日益成为中国经济、科技、文化最发达的地区,在中国乃至世界都显现出越来越重要的地位,长江三角洲地区的合作也引起了世人瞩目。其实,早在改革开放初期,长江三角洲地区就以国务院成立上海经济区规划办公室(以下简称“规划办”)为契机,出现过一次合作高潮。 Since the reform and opening up, the Yangtze River Delta region has increasingly become the most economically, technologically and culturally developed part of China and has become increasingly important in China and the world.
