氮磷检测器[(NPD)的应用日趋广泛,它的性能好坏与铷珠的质量密切相关。本文改进了铷珠的组成配比及烧制方法,使检测器灵敏度(NP-Mode测偶氮苯)达到2.1×10~(10)mv.sec/gN.敏感度1.9×10~(-12)gN/sec,选择性20000gN/gc。与国内两种商品铷珠的对照实验表明,各项性能最优。经50小时连续考查的结果推算,使用寿命将比国内最好产品延长一倍。
Nitrogen and phosphorus detector [(NPD) is widely used, its performance is closely related with the quality of the bead. In this paper, the composition ratio of rubidium beads and the firing method were improved so that the detector sensitivity (NP-Mode) reached 2.1 × 10 ~ (10) mv.sec / gN and the sensitivity was 1.9 × 10 ~ (-12 ) gN / sec, with a selectivity of 20,000 gN / gc. Comparison with the domestic two kinds of goods bead rubbers showed that the best performance. After 50 hours of continuous examination of the results of projections, the service life will be double the best products in China.
