我科近5年共收治小儿结核性脑膜炎(结脑)25例,其中入院误诊19例,误诊率高达76%,现将误诊的病例分析如下。1 临床资料11 一般资料 19例为我科1993年4月～1998年6月期间的住院患儿,男8例,女10例,年龄3岁11例,3～12岁8例。单纯性结脑7例,合并肺结核11例,合并腰椎结核1例。早期
In recent 5 years, we treated 25 cases of children with tuberculous meningitis (tuberculous meningitis), of which 19 cases were misdiagnosed as admissions, the misdiagnosis rate was as high as 76%.
