患者男,45岁,农民。因直肠癌根治术后1年伴走路不稳2个月于1998年10月27日被扶持入院。患者于1年前因患“直肠癌”在本院外科作了Ｍｉｌｅ’ｓ根治术,行腹壁人工肛造瘘,术后顺利恢复,病理诊断为“肛管腺癌”。入院前2个月逐渐出现走路不稳,步印不能成直线,偶感头痛,无呕吐,无胸
