The microstructure, texture and precipitates of hot-rolled low-carbon 0.33% hot-rolled steel before and after hot-rolling at 850 ℃ and 950 ℃ were observed and analyzed by means of optical microscope, XRD and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that, with the adjustment of the process temperature increases, the grains grow up equiaxed. TiAl and Ti (C, N) increased after the microstructure adjustment. The size of precipitates increased with the increase of the temperature. The texture of the hot-rolled sheet before the microstructure adjustment mainly concentrates near {001} <110> and {112} <110> with the maximum intensity of 3 and the central texture also collects at {001} <110> and {112} Near the intensity of 12. The main types and intensities of the surface texture after the adjustment are unchanged, but the center texture types are unchanged, but the intensity gradually decreases with the temperature rising.
