目的在研究刀具耐用度分布、分布特性及分布函数的基础上,讨论刀具可靠寿命与切削速度之间的关系及规律。方法用YC40机夹可转位式刀片的刀具进行了大样本容量的刀具磨损耐用度分布切削实验,并做出切削时间与刀具后刀面磨损量之间的刀具磨损曲线。用正态分布和对数正态分布概率图处理实验得到的刀具磨损耐用度数据,并对分布参数进行了解析估计。结果建立了刀具磨损耐用度分布密度函数,并得到可靠度函数R(t)和可靠寿命函数T(r).结论根据上述函数可求出不同切削速度下的可靠寿命,并实现刀具可靠寿命的预报.
OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between tool life and cutting speed and its rule based on the study of tool life distribution, distribution characteristics and distribution function. Methods The tool wear durability distribution cutting experiment of large sample capacity was carried out with the tool of YC40 machine with indexable insert, and the tool wear curve between cutting time and tool flank wear was made. The worn tool wear durability data were processed by normal distribution and log normal distribution probability maps, and the distribution parameters were estimated and analyzed. Results The tool wear durability distribution density function was established and the reliability function R (t) and the reliable life function T (r) were obtained. Conclusion Based on the above function, the reliable life at different cutting speeds can be obtained and the reliable life prediction of the tool can be realized.
