现代中长跑的跑速越来越快,运动成绩不断提高,中长跑项目的世界纪录不断的被刷新。它的特点是在较长的时间内,人体需要消耗大量的能量来满足比赛所需要的高速度,与此同时运动员的神经中枢系统和肌肉的活动要连续不断地接受较强的刺激。众所周知,运动员的跑速的提高必然使跑步动作的结构趋向短跑的技术方面发展。这就必然要求运动员应该做到:跑步的后蹬力量必然增加、后蹬的幅度加大、后蹬的时间缩短、后蹬的动作速度逐渐加快、后蹬角度变小、后蹬时按髋、膝、踝三个关节顺序伸展更加明显、后蹬全过程身体重心前移距离加长。中长跑的完整技术表现,要做到轻松自然、重心移动平稳、向前的效果好。本人根据自己多年从事的中长跑训练的实践,结合现代国际中长跑发展的趋势来浅析中长跑训练中的教学改革。
