2014年济南市三甲医院医生职业倦怠现状调查

目的了解济南市三甲医院医生职业倦怠现状,为政府及医疗单位改善医生职业倦怠提供决策依据。方法采用马斯勒倦怠量表-服务行业版(MBI“HSS”),于2014年8~9月采取多阶段整群抽样的调查方法,在济南市内抽取4所三甲医院,对临床工作一年以上的医生进行调查。结果调查济南市三甲医院医生415人,其中近34.70%的医生有中或重度的情感衰竭现象,近62.88%的医生有中或重度的去人性化现象,14.45%的医生去人性化情况重,79.52%的医生严重缺乏个人成就感,医生职业倦怠情况严重。倦怠情况在不同性别、年龄、学历、婚姻状况、科室的医生间均有差异(P<0.05)。结论医生职业倦怠情况不容乐观。政府及医疗单位应进一步改善医生执业环境,关注其身心健康,呼吁社会关心、关爱医生群体,预防医生职业倦怠。 Objective To understand the status quo of occupational burnout among physicians in the top three hospitals in Jinan and provide decision-making basis for government and medical units to improve occupational burnout of doctors. Methods A Masurian burnout scale - Service Industry Edition (MBI “HSS”) was used to take a multi-stage cluster sampling survey from August to September 2014. Four top-three hospitals in Jinan were selected for clinical trial A doctor who has worked for more than one year conducts a survey. Results A total of 415 doctors in Ji’nan First A Hospital were investigated. Among them, nearly 34.70% of the doctors had moderate or severe emotional exhaustion, nearly 62.88% of them had moderate or severe dehumanization, 14.45% 79.52% of doctors seriously lack personal accomplishment and doctors’ burnout is serious. Burnout was different among doctors of different sex, age, education, marital status and departments (P <0.05). Conclusion Doctors job burnout is not optimistic. The government and medical units should further improve the doctor’s practice environment, pay attention to their physical and mental health, and urge the community to care for and care for the medical community and prevent doctors’ job burnout.
