本文报道基于食管鳞癌癌旁早期癌变的广泛性和多源性的病理解剖基础。作者对60例上、中、下段食管鳞癌普遍选用了食管次全切除术及食管胃颈部吻合术。全组术后吻合口瘘1例(1.66 %),吻合口狭窄2例(3.3%),术后死亡1例(1.66%)。并讨论了此种术式的优点如下:1.肿瘤切除范围广泛;2.吻合口瘘的发生率和死亡率较低;3.因手术显露浅表而操作简便、可靠。
This article reports the extensive and multi-pathological anatomical basis of early canceration in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The authors generally used esophageal subtotal resection and esophagogastric neck anastomosis in 60 cases of upper, middle, and lower esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. One group had anastomotic leakage (1.66%), anastomotic stricture in 2 cases (3.3%), and 1 postoperative death (1.66%). And discussed the advantages of this type of operation are as follows: 1. Wide range of tumor resection; 2. The incidence of anastomotic leakage and low mortality rate; 3. Due to surgical exposure of superficial and simple and reliable operation.
