本文叙述了日本神冈矿为提高劳动生产率和降低成本，在实施向液压凿岩机转换的同时，其它采矿机械也全部完成了液压化、电动化，实现了降低动力费用并取得了预想的成果。
This paper describes the Japanese Kamioka Mine in order to improve labor productivity and reduce costs in the implementation of the conversion to the hydraulic rock drill, while other mining machinery are all completed hydraulics, electrification, reduced power costs and achieved the desired results.
