Objective To analyze the causes of postoperative deep venous thrombosis in patients with hepatobiliary surgery and to explore the preventive and nursing measures and their effects on patients. Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery were randomly selected from January 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital. The patients were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing ; Experimental group in the control group based on the care, prevention and related care. Results After nursing, the level of plasma D-dimer in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The formation of deep venous thrombosis, hospitalization time and medical costs were significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant, Statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The targeted prevention and care of patients with hepatobiliary surgery is very necessary to avoid or reduce the postoperative deep venous thrombosis.
