在对电炉冶炼的高强度、高韧性、可焊接的5NiCrMoV钢的板材的性能试验研究中,试验钢板的厚度包括80毫米以下的九种规格,性能研究试验涉及拉伸,层状撕裂、韧性,疲劳,耐海水腐蚀,物理参数、磁性,金相组织等方面。试验结果表明,电炉冶炼的5NiCrMoV钢在保证冶金质量,严格控制加热、轧制、调质工艺制度的情况下,具有良好的综合性能和舰用专用性能。 本文着重阐述其拉伸、层状撕裂、韧性、疲劳、耐海水腐蚀性能试验研究结果,以期在今后的试制研究过程中予以启示和借鉴。
In the performance test of plate of 5NiCrMoV steel with high strength, high toughness and weldability, the thickness of test plate includes nine kinds of specifications under 80mm. The performance research test involves the tensile, lamellar tearing, toughness , Fatigue, resistance to seawater corrosion, physical parameters, magnetic, microstructure and so on. The test results show that the 5NiCrMoV steel melted by EAF has good comprehensive performance and ship-specific performance under the condition of guaranteeing metallurgical quality, strictly controlling the heating, rolling and quenching process. This article focuses on the experimental results of tensile, lamellar tearing, ductility, fatigue and seawater corrosion resistance, with a view to enlightenment and reference in the process of trial production in the future.
