古语云:“由简入奢易,由奢到简难。”不仅生活中是这样,网球比赛也是如此。连续5年,每年的3月,我都会来到泰国做ITF一级青少年比赛的裁判长。与前几年不同的是,今年的比赛没有在旅游城市巴提亚举行,而是在离曼谷150公里一个叫苏潘布里的小城市进行的。从比赛的第二天开始,我就不断接到来自运动员、教练员、家长的抱怨和投诉。有关于住宿的,有关于交通的,有关于饮食的,还有其他方方面面的小事情。其中,最让他们不理解的是“为什么这个比赛要从巴提亚挪到这么一个偏僻的小城市--特别是一个没有任何可以吸引旅游者的地方”。是啊,泰国的这个比赛被认为是亚洲最好的的青少年比赛之一的主要原因就是其赛场的环境。如果单纯就比赛场地而言,巴提亚那里不算很好--总共只有6片球场,还分散成三部分。但是那里的住宿条件却是一般青少年比赛所不能相比的:4星级的度假式酒店、
