学校关注“提升中队辅导员队伍整体素养”问题,发现学校少先队组织和中队辅导员队伍两者可以共同发展,相互促进,从而使整个校园生机勃勃。学校通过系统研修,提高中队辅导员日常工作的规范性;通过创建中队特色,提供中队辅导员中队建设的自主空间;通过优化年级传统活动,激发中队辅导员群体的创新意识;通过课题、项目研究,凸显自主性、创新性中的科学性。对于中队辅导员队伍的建设,学校正在不断形成一套专门机制,形成专门的课程体系。
