为评价东北地区五味子[Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill.]生境状况,确定各评价因子的最优值、阈值以及高适宜生境面积和该生境中各评价因子的范围,结合资源调查报告、文献报道以及标本馆记录,获得集中于东北地区的87个分布点,依据Fuzzy建立五味子果实中总木脂素含量与18个评价因子之间的模糊隶属函数,采用最大信息熵模型确定评价因子的权重,利用GIS空间分析功能确定五味子在研究区的生境适宜性空间分布.结果显示:五味子高适宜生境占研究区面积的20.85%,主要集中于黑龙江西南部、吉林中部以及辽宁大部,年平均气温6.6-8.5℃,年降水量899-943.57 mm,生长期平均气温18.69-20.99℃,生长期降水162.88-172.01 mm,海拔457-700 m,土壤pH值6.38-6.51,有机质含量1.91%-2.24%,气候湿润,土层深厚,呈微酸性,且有机质含量较丰富,无积水的杂木林及阔叶林混交林.本研究表明基于Fuzzy及最大信息熵的模糊物元模型与GIS技术相结合可以准确对我国东北地区五味子生境适宜性作出科学评价,可量化适宜生境面积及空间分布,为五味子药材道地性研究、药材标准化种植与质量评价以及资源保护和管理提供数据和参考.
In order to evaluate the habitat status of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill.
