采用表面增强拉曼光谱技术对8种不同储存年份的陈皮进行检测。测试分析了储存11年的陈皮样品于金膜、银纳米颗粒、金膜-银纳米颗粒增强基底上的拉曼光谱。在金膜-银纳米颗粒增强基底上的陈皮拉曼光谱特征峰最明显,对375、493、650cm-1等12处的拉曼特征峰进行初步归属分析,据此对陈皮的生化成分进行初步判断,并探讨了陈皮在金膜-银纳米颗粒基底上拉曼信号的增强机理。此外,通过分析比较8种不同年份陈皮的表面增强拉曼光谱信息,区分出不同存储年份的陈皮。根据峰值位置信息的变化,得出与存放5年及以下的陈皮相比,存放7年及以上的陈皮产生了某些新成分的结论。
Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy was used to test orange peel of eight different storage years. The Raman spectra of the dried tangerine peel samples stored for 11 years on gold film, silver nanoparticle and gold film-silver nanoparticle reinforced substrate were analyzed. The characteristic peak of Raman Raman spectrum on the gold-silver nanoparticle-reinforced substrate was the most obvious. The Raman peaks at 375, 493 and 650 cm-1 were initially assigned to the attribution analysis. Based on this, the biochemical components of dried tangerine peel The mechanism of Raman signal enhancement on the Au film-Ag nanoparticle substrate was also discussed. In addition, by analyzing and comparing the surface enhanced Raman spectra of orange peel in eight different years, the tangerine peels of different storage years were distinguished. Based on the changes in peak position information, we conclude that some dried tangerine peel stored for 7 years and above produced some new ingredients compared with those stored for 5 years and under.
