对甜樱桃果实进行了详细的解剖学研究。结果表明,甜樱桃果实自开花至成熟约1个月。果皮由外果皮、中果皮及内果皮构成。果皮外面的角质膜极薄,表皮细胞早期呈径向伸展,至果实成熟时则横向伸展。皮孔由表皮母细胞直接分裂形成。气孔由2个肾形保卫细胞组成,果实成熟时仍保留完整的气孔结构。中果皮主要由薄壁组织和分布其中的维管束组成。内果皮的组成成分是石细胞。
A detailed anatomical study of sweet cherry fruit was conducted. The results showed that sweet cherry fruit flowered from maturity to about 1 month. Peel from the outer pericarp, mesocarp and endocarp composition. The pericardium is extremely thin on the outside of the pericarp, and the epidermal cells are radially stretched early and extend laterally when the fruit matures. Lenticules are formed directly by epidermal blasts. Stomata are composed of two kidney-shaped guard cells that retain intact stomata when the fruit matures. The mesocarp mainly consists of parenchyma and vascular bundles distributed therein. The composition of the endocarp is stone cells.
