一、问题的提出礼仪从理论上讲是一种和谐人际关系、和谐集体乃至社会的人类共同认可的道德规范,它的外显形式可以是人们言语方面的,也可以是行为方面的。对人际关系、组织集体或是国家社会来讲,讲求它,就和谐;不讲求它,就矛盾、冲突、混乱。在调查研究的基础上,我们着力开展小学生礼仪教育研究,2001年10月,《小学德育中礼仪教育互动过程研究》被批准
