化学发光法是近年来开展的新技术。作者用化学发光法对支气管肺癌及肺部炎症患者支气管肺泡灌洗液的巨噬细胞功能进行研究,比较肺泡巨噬细胞(PAM)的化学发光强度(CL),并对灌洗液的细胞进行分类,对回收的活巨噬细胞总数进行分析。 经胸科手术或纤维支气管镜活检证实为肺癌及肺部炎症患者各10例,肺癌组男女性各5例,年龄35~79岁;炎症组男性6例,女性4例,年龄23~66岁。用纤维支气管镜作支气管肺泡灌洗,以酵母多糖(zymosan)为被吞噬物,鲁米诺(luminol)为发光增强剂,用Ls9800液体闪烁计数器测定发光值。
Chemiluminescence is a new technology developed in recent years.
