山东省潍坊市在普通高中开展了以“规范办学、课程设置、课程实施、教育质量、办学特色”为主要内容的星级评估。评估实行“自主申报、网络自评、中介评估、分项认定、动态管理”的运行模式,评估结果与校长的职级评定和“评优树先”挂钩,改变了过去单纯以升学率和硬件设施为主来评估学校的片面做法,使高中学校的办学行为基本规范,课程设置更加科学合理,办学特色日益凸显,教育质量全面提升。
