一、前言用振型园法平衡柔性转轴的理论早在1963年由 Bishop 和 Parkinson 提出,1972年日本的白木万博等人应用专用的分析装置在60万千瓦汽轮发电机组上,成功地平衡了高压缸转子和发电机转子。国内也进行了画振型园的尝试,但是应用在大型转轴上的不多,介绍这方面的资料也较少。我们在1972年应用振型分离法平衡20万千瓦汽轮发电机转轴时,觉得振型分离法是平衡柔
I. INTRODUCTION The theory of moderating the flexible shaft by the vibration type garden method was first proposed by Bishop and Parkinson in 1963. In 1972, Japan’s Shiraki Hirobumi et al. Successfully used the special analysis device on the 600,000-MW turbo-generator unit to successfully balance High-pressure cylinder rotor and generator rotor. At home, there was also an attempt to paint a model garden. However, there are not many applications on a large shaft, and there is less information on this. When we used the mode separation method to balance the 200,000-KW turbo-generator shaft in 1972, we found that the mode separation method is a balanced soft
