介绍了球径在线测量的基本原理、实际测量中的基本公式及测量系统的组成，分析了实际测量系统中的各项误差对测量精度的影响。实验表明，该球径在线测量系统使用方便，具有较高的测量精度。
The basic principle of on - line measurement of ball diameter, the basic formula in actual measurement and the composition of measurement system are introduced. The influence of each error in measurement system on measurement accuracy is analyzed. Experiments show that the ball diameter on-line measurement system easy to use, with high measurement accuracy.
