目的观察吉非替尼(易瑞沙)对晚期肺腺癌老年患者的疗效,分析治疗对血清中CA19-9、CEA、CA125、VEGF和IGF-1的影响。方法收集确诊的94例肺腺癌晚期老年患者作为研究对象,应用随机的原则分为二组,观察组47例,应用吉非替尼治疗,对照组共47例,应用常规化疗。观察治疗的效果及治疗后血清中CA19-9、CEA、CA125、VEGF和IGF-1的表达差别。结果观察组的缓解率明显高于对照组,治疗后观察组患者血清中CA19-9、CEA、CA125、VEGF和IGF-1的表达明显低于对照组。结论对晚期肺腺癌老年患者在常规化疗基础上加用吉非替尼进行治疗,临床疗效明显,且能有效下调血清中CA19-9、CEA、CA125、VEGF和IGF-1的表达,有效改善机体微环境,临床中可以应用。
Objective To observe the effect of Gefitinib (Iressa) in elderly patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma and to analyze the effect of treatment on serum CA19-9, CEA, CA125, VEGF and IGF-1. Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with advanced adenocarcinoma of the lung were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization. Forty-seven patients in the observation group were treated with gefitinib and 47 in the control group. Conventional chemotherapy was used. To observe the effect of treatment and after treatment serum CA19-9, CEA, CA125, VEGF and IGF-1 expression differences. Results The remission rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The serum levels of CA19-9, CEA, CA125, VEGF and IGF-1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment. Conclusion The elderly patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma in the conventional chemotherapy based on the use of gefitinib for treatment, the clinical curative effect is obvious, and can effectively reduce the serum CA19-9, CEA, CA125, VEGF and IGF-1 expression, effectively improve Body microenvironment, clinical application.
