目的:通过调研选定监测位置,测量中国医学科学院肿瘤医院放疗中心公众环境的辐射剂量以评估其安全性。方法:对患者及家属进行辐射知识问卷调查,采用热释光片法对放疗中心29个位置连续监测90天,测量累积辐射剂量。结果:51%的人对于辐射知识仅是大致了解,33.3%的人是不太清楚。累计剂量最高值的监测点是加速器六室候诊区,年辐射剂量为0.37mSv,远低于国家标准。结论:放疗中心环境辐射剂量远低于国家标准,不会对人体造成危害。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the safety of the radiotherapy center in Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences by measuring the location of the surveillance site and measuring the radiation dose of the radiotherapy center of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Methods: The questionnaires of radiation knowledge of patients and their families were conducted. The positions of 29 radiotherapy centers were continuously monitored for 90 days by the method of thermoluminescence and the cumulative radiation dose was measured. Results: 51% of people know only about radiation knowledge, 33.3% of people are not sure. The highest cumulative dose monitoring point is the accelerator six room waiting area, the annual radiation dose of 0.37mSv, well below the national standard. Conclusion: Radiation center radiation dose is much lower than the national standard, will not cause harm to the human body.
