本文对几种轧机液压压下系统的可行方案进行了分析,特别是对四通阀非对称缸系统的特性及运动状态进行了详细的分析,并且介绍一种修正量补偿方法。得出确保控制系统正常工作并达到较高精度的合理组合方案。文中还对三通阀控制的液压压下系统进行了分析并介绍采用双闭环控制的特点。通过实验验证了上述理论分析的结论。文中的分析与实践经验可供设计与使用同类轧机液压压下系统时借鉴。
In this paper, the feasibility of several types of rolling mill hydraulic pressure reduction system is analyzed, especially the characteristics and movement of the four-way asymmetric cylinder system are analyzed in detail, and a compensation method of the correction amount is introduced. Come to ensure that the control system to work properly and achieve a more accurate combination of reasonable programs. The paper also analyzes the hydraulic pressure control system of the three-way valve and introduces the characteristics of double closed-loop control. The conclusion of the above theoretical analysis is verified by experiments. The analysis and practical experience in this article can be used for reference when designing and using similar hydraulic press system of rolling mills.
