自成功加入世界贸易组织以来,我国的国际贸易和对外交往日益频繁,已经成为世界经贸技术合作和投资的热点。在国际商务谈判中,文化上的差异导致了不同的谈判风格和行为方式。因此,了解各国不同的文化坏境以及考虑到商业活动中的文化差异对推进谈判的进程是非常重要的。本文从文化的定义入手,剖析了文化差异产生的原因,并介绍一些在国际商务活动中我们应注意的细节,从各方面来阐述文化差异对国际商务谈判的影响,最后分析了如何正确处理谈判过程中出现的文化差异的问题。本文的观点是:在谈判中,我们应持有一定的原则。谈判的两方都需要对彼此的文化有一定的了解;可以通过有效的沟通,利用不损害双方利益的基础上做出正确的评价。总之,要尽量淡化文化差异,在认识和接受文化差异的基础上。跨文化谈判非常需要注意这些。
Since its successful accession to the World Trade Organization, China has become increasingly frequent in international trade and foreign exchange and has become a hot spot in world economic, trade and technological cooperation and investment. In international business negotiations, cultural differences lead to different negotiating styles and behaviors.
