9月1日,延庆分公司采取集中座谈的形式,召开了第三季度工会主席接待日,面对面听取员工们的意见建议、合理诉求,了解和解决一线员工们工作、生活中的实际困难,为一线员工们答疑解惑。分公司各部室、中心20名员工代表参加了接待日活动。此次接待日活动共收集员工提出的建议和意见22件,会上解释、解决5件;会后责成相关部门落实解决的9件。对于个别班组务工补贴、交通费分配等问题,带到党委会上研究后给予答复。对
