目的探讨维吾尔族和汉族晚期非小细胞肺癌患者外周血中CD4~+CD25~+CD127~-调节性T细胞(Treg)的表达及临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术测定58例Ⅲb、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者和20例健康人外周血中CD4~+CD25~+CD127~-Treg的水平并进行比较,并进一步比较分析维吾尔族和汉族肺癌患者间外周血中CD4~+CD25~+CD127~-Treg的水平。结果肺癌患者外周血中CD4~+CD25~+CD127~-Treg占CD4~+T细胞的百分率显著高于健康人(P<0.05)。维吾尔族与汉族肺癌患者外周血中CD4~+CD25~+CD127~-Treg占CD4~+T细胞的百分率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肺癌患者中异常增高的Treg细胞抑制了机体正常的抗肿瘤免疫效应,并与肺癌的进展有关,但在不同民族的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者中尚未观察到Treg细胞水平存在差异。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + CD127 ~ - regulatory T cells (Tregs) in peripheral blood of Uygur and Han patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance. Methods The levels of CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + CD127 ~ -Treg in peripheral blood of 58 patients with stage Ⅲb and Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer and 20 healthy controls were measured by flow cytometry and compared with each other. The levels of CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + CD127 ~ -Treg in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer. Results The percentage of CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + CD127 ~ -Treg in CD4 ~ + T cells in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer was significantly higher than that of healthy people (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the percentage of CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + CD127 ~ -Treg in CD4 ~ + T cells in Uighur and Han nationality lung cancer patients (P> 0.05). Conclusion The abnormally elevated Treg cells in lung cancer patients inhibit the normal anti-tumor immune effect and are related to the progress of lung cancer. However, there is no difference in the level of Treg cells in advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients from different ethnic groups.
