目的了解视屏显示终端(VDT)作业人员的眼调节幅度状况,为VDT作业人员保护眼睛,预防与VDT作业相关的眼睛损伤提供依据。方法对596名5年以上VDT作业人员和572名对照者进行问卷调查和眼科检查,采用SPSS 11.5软件进行单因素分析以及直线回归模型分析。结果视屏显示终端作业者眼调节幅度较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),年龄、工龄、每周工作时间、屈光状态、屏幕类型5个因素是VDT作业人员的调节幅度下降的重要易感因素。结论 VDT作业可使作业者眼调节幅度下降,屈光不正者从事VDT作业更容易引发调节幅度下降。而且有随作业人员工龄、每周工作时间的增长加重趋势。
Objective To understand the ocular accommodation of VDT operators and to provide a basis for VDT operators to protect their eyes and prevent eye damage associated with VDT operations. Methods 596 VDT workers over 5 years and 572 controls were investigated by questionnaire and ophthalmology. Univariate and SPSS 11.5 softwares were used to analyze the data. The result showed that the visual adjustment of the eyes of the terminal operator was lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). The five factors of age, length of service, weekly working time, refractive status and screen type were the adjustments of VDT operators Declining important predisposing factors. Conclusion VDT operation can reduce the operator's eye adjustment range, ametropia in the VDT operation more likely to lead to regulatory decline. And with the working age of staff, weekly working hours increase the trend of aggravating.
