教研是篇大文章,教研应该为新课改保驾护航,这已成为我们的共识。丰富多彩的教研活动,对教学创新,对深化素质教育,对教师专业成长,特别是对课程改革的意义,是毋庸置疑的。做一个有思想的教师,必须高度重视教研。只有教研,才能让我们的教育教学实践得到升华。怎样开展教研活动,也是一个大课题。教研的组织形式、教研的规模、教研的开展方式都应因时因地而确立,形成或区域性的、或校本性的、或民间团体式的特色。基于这些考虑,本刊派出三路记者,采写了三篇通讯,隆重介绍我省在近些年教育教学实践中涌现出的协会教研、校本教研、草根教研三种模式,让“教研”这个话题在更广阔的背景下进入广大教师的视野。这里所推介的富有探索和创新意义的教研经验,对广大中小学和一线教师,应该有一定的借鉴作用。
Teaching and research are great articles. Teaching and research should protect and escort the new curriculum reform. This has become our consensus. The rich and colorful teaching and research activities are indisputable for teaching innovation, for deepening quality education, for teacher professional growth, especially for curriculum reform. To be a thoughtful teacher, we must attach great importance to teaching and research. Only teaching and research can make our education and teaching practice sublimate. How to carry out teaching and research activities is also a big issue. The organizational form of teaching and research, the scale of teaching and research, and the ways in which teaching and research are carried out should all be established on a timely basis so as to form regional or school-based or non-governmental groups. Based on these considerations, this journal sent a three-way reporter and wrote three newsletters to introduce the three models of association teaching, research, teaching and research in grass-roots education that have emerged in the practice of teaching and education in recent years in our province. This topic has entered the vision of teachers in a broader context. The experience of teaching and research that is highly recommended for exploration and innovation as introduced here should be used as a reference for the majority of primary and secondary schools and front-line teachers.
