大安市慧阳小学是一所地处城乡结合部的小学,在教育发展的进程中,学校的教科研发展成为了工作的核心任务。因此,我校本着“立足学校现状,凸显科研本位,提升教师素质,构建科研型学校”的发展为原则,加大力度开展教育科研工作,走科研兴校的办学之路。学校确立“以全体教师参与教育科研为源头,以青年教师参与教育科研为重点,以骨干教师推动教育科研发展为主流”教育科研发展模式。一、树立教育科研观念,形成良好的科研氛围 Da’an Hui Yang Primary School is a primary school located at the junction of urban and rural areas.
