At present, the service life of high-manganese steel frogs in railway turnout in our country still lags behind the international advanced level. Frog is mainly used in the process, did not reach the wear limit before the failure due to cracks. The loaded condition of the high-manganese steel frog is rather complicated. Its loading condition and the repeated impact fatigue condition are very similar. However, the conventional mechanical performance does not reflect the actual loaded condition of the frog.
