本文通过对241名体育专业学生理论课考试心身状态特点及其与学习成绩关系的研究,了解到在理论课考试特殊情境下大脑觉醒水平与情绪激活水平均呈不同程度的提高,出现成绩高者大脑觉醒水平高,焦虑水平低,成绩低者大脑觉醒水平低而焦虑水平高的趋势,除此而外在考试心理负荷下个体体重与心率亦发生规律性变化。严格监考情境下学生心身状态变化更加显著。本研究为今后标准化考试施测管理提供了定量分析的客观依据。
Through the study of psychosomatic characteristics and the relationship between psychosomatic state of 241 physical education students and their academic achievements, this paper shows that in the special situation of theoretical exams, the levels of brain awakening and emotional activation increase to some extent, Brain awakening high level, low level of anxiety, low brain awakening low level of anxiety and high levels of the trend, in addition to the psychological load of the test under the psychology of the individual also underwent regular changes. Under the condition of strict proctorning, the changes of psychosomatic status of students are more significant. This study provides an objective basis for the quantitative analysis of future standardized test management.
