随着改革开放的深入发展,自20世纪80年代开始,农村地区大量劳动力便向城市转移,他们为城市发展做出了巨大贡献。在外的这些务工人员中很大一部分已结婚生子,因各种因素,他们只能将孩子留在家乡,这样就造成农村留守儿童的出现,留守儿童作为我国发展历程中的一个特殊现象,已经逐渐被人们所重视。针对这些留守儿童开展的教育工作在一定程度上已经关系到社会发展与稳定。基于学校管理视角探讨了留守初中生所面临的一些教育问题。
With the deepening of reform and opening up, a large amount of labor force in rural areas has been transferred to the cities since the 1980s. They have made great contributions to urban development. A large proportion of these migrant workers who have already been married and have children, for various reasons, can only stay with their children in their hometowns, thus causing the emergence of left-behind children in rural areas. As a special phenomenon in the development of our country, left-behind children have gradually taken shape It is valued by people. Education to these left-behind children has to a certain extent been related to social development and stability. Based on the perspective of school management, this paper discusses some education problems faced by left-behind junior high school students.
