介绍了起重设备怠速吊装工况,及其对发动机动力输出的要求,以及目前动力匹配中存在的问题。针对这些问题,提出了一种新的基于电控发动机的解决方案,并以装配博世电控高压共轨柴油机的汽车起重机为例进行讲解。 This paper introduces the condition of hoisting crane’s idle speed and its requirement for engine power output, as well as the existing problems in power matching. Aiming at these problems, a new solution based on electronically controlled engine is proposed. The example is taken as an example of a truck crane equipped with Bosch electric control common rail diesel engine.
