目的研究长春花(Catharanthus roseus)中的化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶、Rp-18、Sephadex LH-20等多种柱色谱对长春花体积分数95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化常数和波谱数据对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从长春花中分离鉴定了22个化合物,分别为熊果酸(1),胡萝卜苷(2),四氢鸭脚木碱(3),7α-羟基-β-谷甾醇(4),文多灵(5),β-谷甾醇(6),aurantiamide acetate(7),洛柯定碱(8),齐墩果酸(9),阿吗碱(10),(22E,24R)麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(11),白桦脂酸(12),豆甾醇(13),槲皮素(14),山柰酚(15),文多尼定碱(16),长春质碱(17),异橙黄胡椒酰胺乙酸脂(18),利血平(19),panarine(20),蛇根碱(21)和16R-E-isositsirikine(22)。结论化合物4,7,11,13,18,20为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Catharanthus roseus. Methods The crude extract of 95% ethanol was isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography (silica gel, Rp-18 and Sephadex LH-20). The structures of compounds were identified by physicochemical and spectral data. RESULTS: Twenty-two compounds were isolated and identified from Catharanthus roseus, including ursolic acid (1), daucosterol (2), tetrahydropalmatine (3), 7α-hydroxy-β-sitosterol (5), β-sitosterol (6), aurantiamide acetate (7), lactocalidine (8), oleanolic acid (9), arsine (10), (22E, 24R) -7,22-diene-3β, 5α, 6β-triol 11, betulinic acid 12, stigmasterol 13, quercetin 14, kaempferol 15, (12), panarine (20), snake venom (21) and 16R-E-isositsirikine (22) . Conclusion Compounds 4, 7, 11, 13, 18 and 20 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
