丝杠螺距动态检查仪是用来检验丝杠螺距误差的一种简易检查设备,将其结构原理、检查方法介绍如下:一、检具的测量项目及其结构原理对丝杠螺距误差的检查一般有三项,即相邻螺距误差的最大值,丝杠一定长度内及全长的螺距最大累积误差,以及丝杠螺旋面的周期误差。本检具对上述三种螺距误差均能进行测量。1.丝杠相邻螺距均匀性误差测量检具结构检具基体1具有 V 形面(图1),以便跨骑在被检丝杠的外圆上。在基体上紧固一触头9与被检丝杠螺旋面相靠,利用被检丝杠本身慢速转动可带动整个检具沿着被检丝杠本身轴线方向
