M-2型Zn-Cr催化剂是我国合成甲醇的主要催化剂。本文通过高压动力学试验,为在此催化剂上进行的合成甲醇反应,求出了反应的动力学方程及其表观活化能,可供合成甲醇的设计和生产控制参考使用。 实验对合成甲醇工艺参数的考察结果,可供生产控制的合理化或进一步强化生产进行参考。 所有实验数据对甲醇合成反应机理的研究也有参考价值。 实验对高压反应系统中的气体取样,尤其是含有高沸点物的气体取样问题进行了探索,基本上解决了高压合成甲醇中的气体取样问题。
M-2 Zn-Cr catalyst is the main catalyst for the synthesis of methanol in China. In this paper, through the high-pressure dynamic test for the synthesis of methanol on this catalyst reaction, the kinetic equation of the reaction and its apparent activation energy, for the synthesis of methanol design and production control reference to use. Experimental results of synthetic methanol process parameters for the rationalization of production control or to further strengthen the production for reference. All the experimental data on the mechanism of methanol synthesis also have reference value. The experiment explored the gas sampling in high pressure reaction system, especially the gas sampling with high boiling point, which basically solved the problem of gas sampling in high pressure synthesis of methanol.
