随着新课程改革和素质教育在小学教育中的推行,要求小学课堂教学要以学生为主体,教师根据学生的学习情况和课堂准备来设计、组织课堂教学内容。“先学后教,以学定教”的教学要求不仅可以让课堂教学更加适合学生的发展,对于学生的学习积极性和课堂融入性都具有十分重要的作用。由于小学生处于生理和心理发展的初期阶段,学习经验和学习能力都存在不足,对于课堂的有效利用也是存在一定的局限。因此,教师要在了解学生课前预习准备的基础上,设计适合学生学习发展的课堂教学内容,在课堂教学中可以设计“学生自学”的环节,以此来充分锻炼学生学习的主动性和积极性。
