运用ADAMS软件,建立了拉伸弯曲矫直机弯曲辊系的虚拟样机模型,并对弯曲辊系进行了理论分析;通过对弯曲辊系进行不同工况的仿真,得到了拉伸弯曲矫直机弯曲辊系各辊在不同速度和不同拉矫张力作用下的动力学响应,在拉矫机运行的过程中,弯曲辊系各辊因接触碰撞,在接触力的作用下会有一定程度的波动,从而导致工作辊质心位移在一定范围内波动,影响整个辊系的稳定工作;对仿真结果进行统计,得到了工作辊质心位移波动量与速度和张力之间的关系。同时,将虚拟样机技术应用到拉伸弯曲矫直机上,为拉伸弯曲矫直机更深入的研究提供了新的方法。
