课题以先进的时间管理理论为指导,以教师工作时间为研究的切入点,对184位鲤城区公办、民办幼儿教师进行调查,发现当前幼儿教师在时间管理方面存在着工作时间较长、工作事务繁杂、工作时间结构失衡等问题。运用调查、访谈、个案研究等方法,分析得出存在的问题主要受内外因素的影响。在此基础上,采用行动研究法和个案研究法,探索出帮助幼儿教师提高工作效率的对应策略。
