在山东省济宁市的郊区农村里,有一个名不见经传的乡镇食品企业——菱花集团。在企业改革的大潮中,集团把盘活国有食品企业作为资产重组的对象,以兼并、购买、联营、租赁等多种方式,先后救活了8家长期处于亏损而濒临倒闭的国有中型食品企业。此举轰动全国,经济界和企业界称之为“菱花现象”。 被兼并的企业,由过去的亏损大户,相继变为利税大户。盘活的国有资产达2.8亿元,4,000多名下岗职工也得以重新就业。在当前正在进行的公有制实现形式的多种方式的企业改革中,菱花集团所采取的这种以小救大、以集体重组国营企业
In the rural suburbs of Jining City, Shandong Province, there is an unnamed township food enterprise, Linghua Group. In the tide of corporate reforms, the group used state-owned food companies as a target for asset restructuring. Through mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and leasing, the Group has saved eight state-owned, medium-sized food companies that have long been in losses and are on the verge of collapse. This move caused a sensation throughout the country, the economic community and the business community call it “the phenomenon of Linghua.” The companies that were merged have gone from big losers in the past to big profits. The state-owned assets that had been revitalized reached 280 million yuan, and more than 4,000 laid-off workers were able to resume employment. In the various forms of corporate reforms that are currently under way to achieve public ownership, the Linghua Group has adopted a small-scale, collective restructuring of state-owned enterprises.
