本实验观察了热杀的短小双歧杆菌对小鼠ＴＮＦ—α、ＩＬ—１、ＩＬ—２等细胞因子的诱生活性的影响。结果表明，短小双歧杆菌腹腔注射后，小鼠ＴＮＦ—α、ＩＬ—１、ＩＬ—２诱生活性显著增强，本文结果提示，短小双歧杆菌可能通过其细胞壁免疫活性成分而发挥免疫调节作用。
In this experiment, we observed the effect of heat-killed Bifidobacterium breve on the induced activity of cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-2 in mice. The results showed that the induced activity of TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-2 in mice increased significantly after intraperitoneal injection of Bifidobacterium breve. Our results suggest that Bifidobacterium breve may play an immunomodulatory role through its cell wall active ingredients .
