近年来水稻生产者是十分注重水稻的腹白(影响该品质的因素除遗传因素外,千粒重和成熟度及产量对其也均有影响。据笔者研究碾米品质与千粒重和成熟度呈正相关;与产量呈负相关,同时又与储藏条件有关,由于储藏条件不妥,而造成大米质变,会严重损害消费者的身体健康,具体指标可根据国家粮食生产标准执行。据研究基肥不影响食味,但追肥可使米饭食味下降。可见优质米水稻品种与普通水稻品种在施肥上应有一定的差异。根据笔者研究表明,优质米水稻施肥措施不应追求过高的产量,要以产定量,氮磷钾肥配合施用。
