内河航运是交通运输体系中一种重要的运输方式。长江、珠江、松花江等是我国重要的黄金水道。特别是长江,处于全国运输网的中心地带,完成的货物周转量占流域货物周转总量的30.7%。然而,与国外比,与我国其他运输方式的快速发展相比,我国内河航运优势远没有得到发挥。因而尽快改变内河航运落后局面,势在必行。 发展内河航运利莫大焉 振兴内河航运是发展流域经济的客观要求。自古以来,江河流域就是人类文明的摇篮。我国河流众多,充分利用这一资源发展内河航运事业,必将有力地带动流域经济的发展。
Inland shipping is an important mode of transport in the transport system. The Yangtze River, Pearl River, Songhua River and other important golden waterways in China. Especially the Yangtze River, in the center of the national transport network, the completed turnover of goods accounted for 30.7% of the total turnover of watershed. However, compared with other countries, compared with the rapid development of other modes of transportation in our country, the advantage of inland river shipping in our country is far from being brought into play. Therefore, as soon as possible to change the backward situation of inland navigation is imperative. Developing inland waterways, boosting profits, boosting inland shipping, is an objective requirement for developing the economy of the basin. Since ancient times, the river basin is the cradle of human civilization. The numerous rivers in our country make full use of this resource to develop the inland navigation and shipping industry and will surely effectively promote the economic development of the basin.
