睾丸活组织病理检查是评价睾丸生精功能的客观而又直接的方法,既往的睾丸活检一直沿用切开法,手术创伤及痛苦较大,不易被患者接受。近年来随着男性学及计划生育研究的进展,睾丸活检在临床诊断、治疗及科研中的地位日益突出。一些学者先后就如何减少睾丸活检的创伤,手术痛苦及简化手术操作等方面作了一些尝试。我科在临床实践中自行设计了一种新型的睾丸穿刺活检针,通过临床50例试用,效果良好。现介绍如下:活检针的结构原理与操作方法1.结构原理:睾丸穿刺活检针由穿刺针芯(A)、活检针芯(B)和套管针(C)三部分组成。穿刺针芯为普通12号注射针头;活检针
Testicular biopsy is an objective and direct method to evaluate the function of spermatogenesis in the testes. Previous testes biopsy has been used for incision, which has great trauma and pain and can not be easily accepted by the patients. In recent years, with the progress of male studies and family planning studies, the status of testicular biopsy in clinical diagnosis, treatment and research has become increasingly prominent. Some scholars have made some attempts to reduce the traumatic testis biopsy, surgical pain and simplify operation.
