给7例进行性多发性骨髓瘤患者,以9mg/m~2/24h连续输注阿霉素(Adriamycin)96h(尚加用长春新碱,口服地塞米松),对其血浆和细胞(有核血细胞、骨髓细胞和增生性浆细胞)中的阿霉素浓度进行了测定。并与冲击注射法给药(每次30mg/m~2)时测得的浓度(以另9名患者实验)进行了对比。结果连续输注阿霉素的96h期间,输注开始后3h即能检测到血浆中阿霉素。输注48h后药浓度达稳定状态,72h和96h血浆浓度
