“千米煤炭深井高强高性能混凝土技术”是中国建筑材料科学研究总院承担的“十二五”国家科技支撑课题“深厚冲积层冻结千米深井高性能混凝土研究与应用”的重要成果,课题组经过三年的攻关,将高强高性能混凝土和煤矿建井技术完美结合,使冻结法凿井用混凝土强度提高到了C100,解决了千米深井井壁应用C80~C100高强高性能混凝土设计和施工应用难题,实现了国内外首次利用C100混凝土设计和施工煤矿冻结法凿井井壁。成果一:攻克冻结法凿井外层井壁技术难关
