采用不同的干燥剂对辣椒种子进行超低水分贮藏和应用赤霉素处理种子,结果用生石灰和硅胶对种子进行超低水分处理效果是一样的,超低水分贮藏能大大保持和提高种子活力;超低水分贮藏的种子经聚乙二醇(PEG)渗调处理后效果更佳。赤霉素处理种子尤其对活力下降的种子处理效果好,且这种方法简便实用。
Using different desiccant to seed the pepper seeds with ultra-low moisture and using gibberellin to treat the seeds, the results showed that the ultra-low moisture treatment with the quicklime and the silica gel was the same, the ultra-low moisture storage could greatly maintain and improve the seed vigor; Seeds stored in ultra-low moisture are better treated with polyethylene glycol (PEG). GA3-treated seeds are especially effective in reducing the vigor of seeds, and this method is simple and practical.
